Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort

Great place to stay and even better for a break with the dog! Reception staff were brilliant and answered all questions we had, our room was lovely and spacious for a basic double. Food and drinks in the lounge bar were good and there was lots of seating. Dogs were allowed in this part too so we made the most of it here. Visited the spa on both days we stayed, it’s great that it’s included as part of the stay with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. They were allowed quite small but as we didn’t have to pay any extra it was good. Hotel was easy to find and was a good location for venturing out with the dog, took us around half an hour to get to the beach - not the best idea in December!! Overall we had a brilliant stay.

A lovely short stay for New Year’s Day spa break away with a friend. Wonderful facilities and good room service as well as a restaurant and bar with a range of foods on offer. Breakfast was buffet style and offered a wide variety. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when asked for veggie sausages for breakfast and a different type of egg other than fried.

Everything really, the receptionist was lovely and very, very helpful and explained everything about our stay and our room was upgraded to be nearer the entrances to help with the dogs which was extremely helpful. What a lovely hotel with quality fittings throughout and everything was spotlessly clean, we were disappointed that we were only staying for one night. The outside facilities were ideal for the dogs to which was an added bonus. Thank you to all involved with our stay we were warmly welcomed and our custom was obviously valued.

The room was so beautifully decorated with Towel Art by Kirsty (Staff) balloons, a card, sweet treats and rose petal decor for my birthday. I was truely amazed at the effort staff had put into that room😊Andrea has also dealt with our next visit for my partners birthday! The Lounge and Restaurant staff are also so friendly and accommodating, our Waitress Anisa was lovely and bubbly, and Phil was happy to help with any questions! All staff are just a joy to be around. Cleaning Staff always leave the room looking 10/10 (Thankyou Robyn!) I am just overjoyed I chose to come for my birthday😊Thankyou everyone!

Spa facilites were great! We took our dog with us and he was welcomed, and we were put by the entrance to easily get him in and out. Had a lovely walk around the golf course. Hotel and surroundings were lovely. Staff very nice too. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed it. Lots of choice!
